Are Americans doing their duty as Americans not desolving their government?

Both the senate and congress have turned a blind eye to ***** and Fredie. Not by ignorance but by greed and political power. 90% of the people said no to the $700 billion bail out. Both houses went against the people passing the bill into law. To add insult to injury the bill also had another $150 billion in ear marks. The Declaration of Independence says “That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it.” It goes on to say ” But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” Should we be as sheep and ignore this government that no longer is for the people or march against Washington as our founders said it was not only out right it is our duty?
What do I plan to do about it? I could form a group be in filtrated then jailed. I could make a one man stand and die in an accidental fire. I could become a member of the welfare state and blindly worship the man god, Obama while setting on my **** getting everything I need from the Democratic Party giving my vote, pride, and self worth in return. I could go to Mexico and be their first illegal from the north. There are hundereds of possabilties.
